Cool Mic1.3.0

Send live audio from an Android device to an Icecast server with Cool Mic, without relying on a desktop computer. It works as an Icecast source client and supports the patent-free Ogg/Opus and Ogg/Vorbis formats.

Enter the server address, port, and Icecast source username, then configure metadata such as the title and artist. Audio settings include codec quality, mono or stereo channel selection, and sample rates of 8000, 11025, 16000, 22050, 44100, or 48000 Hz. During a broadcast, an input gain control, graphical VU meter, adjustable meter update interval, broadcast timer, and current and peak listener counts help monitor the source.

Cool Mic can reconnect automatically, keep the screen and Wi-Fi awake while streaming, share the livestream URL, and configure a connection from a QR code. A predefined Cool Mic Test Server setup supports basic testing. Version 1.3.0 runs on Android 4.1 and later, with arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 support.
