Quik can identify the strongest moments in selected footage, synchronize them to music, add transitions, and assemble an automatic edit. Beat Sync matches clips, transitions, and effects to the rhythm, while manual controls handle trimming, color and light adjustments, stickers, text, emojis, and filters for environments such as snow or water. Themes combine cinematic transitions, filters, and effects, and Frame Adjust changes aspect ratios, levels horizons, rotates, or flips the image.

Frame Grab extracts high-resolution photos from video, while Reframe lets users explore 360-degree footage, choose views, and create keyframed transitions before exporting a conventional video or photo for further editing and sharing. Imported photos, videos, and edits can upload automatically to cloud storage and synchronize across devices; a Premium or Premium+ subscription provides unlimited storage for GoPro footage and up to 500GB for footage from other cameras at 100% quality. Connected GoPro cameras can be detected automatically, with footage transferred through a wired USB connection into the Android editing workflow.

Version 13.40.1 adds support for the MISSION 1 PRO ILS camera, including its ability to pair GoPro versatility with Micro Four Thirds lenses for distinctive shots and effects. It also changes Auto Edit to Studio Edit, offering an Auto Edit choice for themes, music, and highlights or Edit Yourself for a clean one-tap start, with the option to switch between them at any time.
