Musixmatch3.6.1

Read song lyrics as you listen, with Musixmatch displaying the words in step with music played through supported services. The Musixmatch Desktop App connects lyrics to your listening session, helping listeners follow, read, and sing along without searching separately for each song.

A Musixmatch sign-in and a connection with Spotify are required, making Spotify integration a central part of using the software rather than an optional add-on. The app also includes a drafts feature, introduced in version 3.6.0, for working with lyric contributions. It suits listeners who want lyrics visible during everyday Spotify playback, as well as contributors involved in improving lyric content.

Earlier releases refined how the workspace is presented: version 3.2.0 added a new layout, a minimized window, and a Contribution Dashboard, while version 3.3.0 introduced a frameless layout. Version 3.6.1 contains a bug fix, and retains the drafts capability from the preceding release.

Published by Musixmatch, it belongs to the Music & Audio category and runs on Linux with snapd on amd64 systems. The software uses a commercial license, so it is distributed as a proprietary product rather than as free or open-source software.
