NI5.1

When you find a title in Netflix and want to consult its IMDb information, NI sends that title from Netflix to its matching IMDb page. Open Netflix’s sharing options for the selected title, then choose NI as the sharing destination to begin the lookup. NI takes the shared title and asks an internet browser to find it on IMDb, creating a direct handoff between the two services.

If the IMDb app is installed on the Android device, NI can open the result there instead of using the browser. This keeps IMDb details close at hand while you browse Netflix’s catalog or watch its content, without requiring a separate title search. Its role is deliberately focused on transferring the title and initiating the corresponding IMDb lookup rather than providing playback or catalog-management features.

NI is an open-source entry in the Video & Media Players category, intended for Netflix users who regularly check IMDb pages. It works through Android’s standard sharing process from the Netflix app and supports universal Android architecture. The current version is 5.1, and the software requires Android 4.1 or newer.
