Create, connect, and perform audio patches in Pure Data with pd-ceammc, a CEAMMC distribution that adds a dedicated collection of sound-processing objects. It brings together the Pure Data environment and the CEAMMC library for Music & Audio work, supporting practical patch development as well as classroom use. The project is used by the Centre of Electroacoustic Music of the Moscow Conservatory and ZIL-electro studio for both education and production.

CEAMMC groups its externals by function instead of following Pure Data’s traditional organization, helping learners find related tools and understand the language’s structure. It provides higher-level objects for tasks such as oscillation and filtering, making frequently used operations more direct in a patch. The library extends Pure Data’s basic API, is written in C++, and is covered by tests. Its 0.9.6 release includes extensive list-processing objects and introduces ideas drawn from functional programming.

The distribution is based on vanilla Pure Data 0.53 by Miller Puckette and incorporates the CICM Wrapper, A-Chaos, FAUSTDSP, pddoc, muparser, FluidSynth, aubio, HoaLibrary, and STK projects. Serge Poltavsky publishes pd-ceammc as open-source software for Linux; version 2021.11 requires snapd and targets x86_64 (amd64) systems.
