PyQSO1.1.0

PyQSO lets amateur radio operators enter and manage records of contacts, or QSOs, made with other operators over the air. Its simple graphical interface brings the information about those exchanges into one working log. Operators can use the application during regular station activity or afterward to maintain an ongoing history of their communications. The program is designed for dedicated amateur-radio logging rather than general-purpose notes about radio work.

All recorded information is stored in a lightweight SQL database, giving the contact log a structured data store that can be maintained over time. The database-backed approach keeps the QSO information together for later management without changing the program’s straightforward presentation. AsciiWolf publishes PyQSO as an unofficial Snap packaging of the amateur-radio contact logging tool.

PyQSO runs on Linux and requires snapd, with x86_64 (amd64) as its supported architecture. It is open-source software. The current version is 1.1.0, while the trunk series is the current focus of development.
