RegardsViewer displays photos, plays videos, and presents image collections as slideshows from one Linux desktop viewer. RegardsViewer 3.0 is Figuinha’s open-source entry in the Video & Media Players category; version 3.20.0.0 runs on Linux with snapd on x86_64 (amd64) systems.

The viewer supports high-DPI screens, EXIF and XMP details, GPS data from photographs and Apple iPhone video, and the Apple iOS 11 HEIF photo format with multithreading and EXIF support. OpenGL renders pictures, OpenCL supplies post-processing effects, and an Encode Movie tool creates video output.
