Shooting Game - Underwater2024.1.1

Guide a player character through an underwater world, fire at dangerous enemies, and fight to stay alive in Shooting Game - Underwater. Its 2D RPG shooter format combines exploration with direct combat, giving players a defined survival challenge in an aquatic setting.

Players work through encounters while developing their character and equipment over time. A central progression goal is upgrading the bubble-tank, with the longer-term objective of defeating a Final Boss.

The game is written in Python using the Pygame framework, making it suited to Linux players who want a small role-playing shooter with an underwater theme. Since development remains in progress, it should be approached as an unfinished project rather than a completed release.

Shooting Game - Underwater runs on Linux with snapd and targets x86_64, also known as amd64, systems. Version 2024.1.1 is published by Warlord Softwares, while Ildar Ryabkov is credited as its developer. It is released under an open-source license, allowing its source to be used and examined according to those licensing terms.
