Vanilla Music1.3.2

Vanilla Music plays songs stored on an Android device and lets listeners manage them for local playback. As an open-source Android player in the Video & Media Players category, it uses a simple interface modeled on the stock music player supplied with Android devices.

Listeners can browse their collection by folder rather than depending solely on other library views, which suits people who organize music directly in directories. Tracks can be added to a playback queue, and shaking the device can skip to another song. The app relies on Android’s system media APIs, so it handles the same audio formats supported by the stock music player.

Version 1.3.2 requires Android 8.0 or later and uses Universal architecture. This release is a fork of the Vanilla Music package formerly published through F-Droid, whose original author no longer develops that package. An earlier version is retained for devices running Android versions below 4.0.3.
