Conceal Authenticator1.1.4

Generate time-based one-time passwords for two-factor authentication and retrieve them when an account requests a verification code. Conceal Authenticator is open-source Android software in the Security & Privacy category, designed for people who want flexible ways to store and recover their authentication keys.

It supports TOTP with HMAC-SHA1, HMAC-SHA256, or HMAC-SHA512, using six-, seven-, or eight-digit codes with 30- or 60-second intervals. Accounts can be added by scanning QR codes, after which codes can be generated offline from the saved account information. Fingerprint and face-recognition protection can restrict access to the authenticator.

Keys may remain stored locally, be saved through a manually encrypted backup, or be backed up automatically to a blockchain. The built-in wallet handles blockchain integration, while its recovery seed can restore stored authentication keys; custom blockchain nodes are supported as well. The app provides previews of upcoming codes, multiple themes, and key sharing with trusted contacts through whitelisted payment IDs, with these blockchain features using self-custody and direct interaction instead of a central server. Anyone using blockchain recovery is responsible for protecting the wallet seed.

Version 1.1.4 adds encrypted wallet-backup import and export, an issuer-based account search filter, dialog styling harmonized with the selected theme, and updated dependencies. It requires Android 7.0 or later and supports arm64-v8a, armeabi-v7a, x86_64, and x86 devices.
