Flickr Uploadr1.2

Flickr Uploadr transfers photographs from a Mac computer to Flickr, giving users a direct way to publish local images through the photography service. It addresses the everyday task of moving pictures from desktop storage into Flickr for sharing, organization, or participation in its photography community.

The utility belongs to the Photo & Graphics category, is freeware, and runs on MacOS in version 1.2,2142. This release supports both Intel and Apple Silicon architectures, making it suitable for Macs using either processor family. Photographers can use it when maintaining an online portfolio, sharing recent work, or contributing images to Flickr’s global community built around inspiration, connection, and sharing.

Flickr also supports direct photo uploads from Lightroom and Aperture, which can fit editing and cataloging workflows without sending the user through a separate application first. A browser-based uploader is available at flickr.com/upload as another way to place images on the service. Flickr offers Pro Plans for users who want that additional service option, while the Uploadr software itself remains available under its freeware license.
